Replacing Rear Strut Bushing

Hey guys, I recently swapped my coilovers to a new set of BC Racing 14/12 spring rates. I've been getting a rattle/knock noise from the back two since install and I'm thinking that I need to replace the two bushings at the bottom of the struts. I'm looking to do on a budget. Is this a possible DIY? Or would I have to do this through a shop? Also, are there any aftermarket bushings that would be a better option than the OEM ones?

I've spent quite a bit of time searching around for the name of the bushing at the base of strut, but everyone is giving me conflicting answers. Does anyone here know what that bushing would be called and where I can find a replacement?

I'm not sure this is what you are asking about but on page 7 in the 'rsu' section part #13 is labeled a 'ball seat'. If that's not it at least you can reference the FSM to find out what you are looking for.
