Sorry for a possible repeat thread, but I jus bought new set of slotted and drilled rotors for my DG 05 coupe, and figured y not clean up my calipers while I'm at it. Seeing I wasn't blessed with the Brembo BBK, I'm looking to giving my OEM calipers a cleaner look. Don't worry I'm not going with any bright *** colors...I want to keep it simple by painting them either silver or black. BUT I DONT KNOW WHICH ONE! I've seen pics of silver (which look good), and every other bright ugly color in the world, but i can't seem to find any pics of them simply painted black thru a search, even tho that is one of the other most recomended colors if it were to be done at all. Im leaning towards black, but I have no idea what it would look like. Should I do black or silver? Can someone please make my day and post a pic of someone who painted them black? Lol thanks

 

Wish i could make your day but i have to say go with silver. anytime i see anyone paint the OEM calipers some wild color it looks terrible.
Black may not be bad though.. I have never personally seen them painted black.

 

I vote for black. It cleans things up without standing out too much.

Painting stock calipers is rice IMO.
