Front camber arm problem

I got these adjustable control arms from an ebay seller. here is a link to one of his other auctions.

But when i went to install it, i came to this problem.

does anyone have any suggestions? I already contacted the seller and am probably sending back the arms, but before i do i was wondering if anyone knows of a fix

Maybe you have the wrong side camber arm installed. Check to see if it's the Correct arm. (Left or Right)...

You have to take the black cone off the stock arm. It's a bitch and a half to get off. Easiest way is with a puller.

i was gonna try that, but i noticed that the gel in the stock ball joint was starting to seep out. Guess I have to buy a new one from the dealer. is it that part # 40173-al500 that i saw in the sticky thread?

You have to take the stock ball joint cone off and reuse it. I have those same arms, they work great.

I got one of these from an auto parts store (pitman puller). Fits behind the cone sleeve perfect. That combined with a screwdriver to keep the puller from spinning, makes quick work of removing the cone. It only costs me like $8

Oh, one more thing. You need to put a washer behind that nut or it could eventually pull through the suspension arm (original SPC kits came with just the nut....they sent out a revised kit that included washers). Looks like your kit didn't come with one (pics on ebay don't show it coming with one). You could just reuse your OEM nut if it will fit.

I just always re-use the OEM one, i hate the washer spc provides, it seems too thin when you tighten everything down.

I do too. The OEM bolts/nuts are so solid.
