Using stock shocks and stock springs
Im jw because I have 70k and my suspension is still rock hard and far from bouncy.

I replaced mine at 128,000 miles with the full 350z suspension. It is much improved to say the least!

I would say somewhere around 100 + k miles.
my shocks went at 90k and I had aftermarket springs for more than half of that time.

i have a full set suspension of suspension >2004.5 (revised springs) - strut coil spring mount - listed fs if anybody interested
