That looks like the normal Rotora blue to me.

As far as the torque goes, I would call Rotora and ask them for the torque specs.

Hey guys sorry for the lack of updates. I finally got it sprayed last night

Right after the paint was dry enough to handle at the shop under flourescent lighting










In the sunlight

Came out very nice. I wonder how well the sticker will hold up with the heat.
