Going with Centric/Stoptech slotted rotors...

I've decided on Centric slotted rotors for my '05 G35x. Now, what kind of pads should I get?

I'm primarily interested in maintaining the same stopping power and wear life as the OEM brakes, as I don't really do any track stuff. I'd also like to minimize noise and brake dust. I've got DuraLast pads on the car now (came with them). I sometimes drive aggressively, and have experienced brake fade simply slowing down to legal speeds, so I'm hoping the slotted rotors will rectify this (or maybe I need slotted AND drilled)

I'm considering OEM pads, Hawk HPS pads, and PosiQuiet pads. I've seen regular PosiQuiet and PosiQuiet ceramic pads offered, not sure what the functional difference is, though.

Any advice/guidance is appreciated.

If you want to buy at a local auto parts store, I'd suggest Ceramic pads. But honestly the best OEM type performance has been OEM front pads for me and Ceramic Bendix rears (discount auto)

OEM pads are just great, I can deal with the dust (i rather know I am going to stop).
The ceramic rears do leave less dust, but I've noticed that my car tends to eat more rear pads than anything else. So the ceramic compounds help last longer.
