i called them not to long ago but the service and parts people were all busy so they took my info im supposed to get a call back.

**i read that sometimes air pockets can get into the ABS unit and cause the soft pedal.. is this true?** if so how do you get the air pocket out of the ABS unit???

I've heard of this as well. You just need to activate the ABS unit with some hard braking.

Allways bleed from the farthest caliper to the closest caliper.R/R,L/R,R/F.L/F and yes it sounds like air is still in the lines.

it's: start from the furthest away from the brake master cyclinder and work your way to the closest. left rear, right rear, right front, and left front last.

ok so i vacum bled the brakes and SUCCESS!
