wheels do not effect camber. people add camber via camber kit, lowering springs, or coil overs in order to fit certian size and offset wheels.

If all your doing is adding wheels, and not changing anything on the suspension.... how could you end up with camber issues????

Adding 20" wheels/tires to your G35 won't effect your suspension, what it will do is give you a terrible ride! In order to maintain the correct diameter tire you'll have to run 245/30X20 or something close depending on the wheel width there's only maximum 2" or less of rubber between you and the street/pot holes. Just go with the 19" or your G will ride like "crap!"
