benefit of the bag over coil setup vs shock and bag setup, also if you were to suggest I use my oem style coilovers or switch to true style so I could do bag over coil front & back.

I'm so unexperienced with bags feel free to just ignore this post if you so desire

you will not be able to run a true coil over setup in the rear and use a slip on bag due to the fact that the bag WILL hit the wheel. what you would do is run a oem style coilover setup in the rear and not use the coil part of the coilovers. you would use the shock still that way you can still adjust the dampening and then replace the coil with a cup(not cup kit) and a bag. (see post number 2 to see what im talking about)

for the front. it would be using either stock strut or a coilover. on either one you would simply remove the coil/spring and put on a slip on bag.

also i dont see a benifit of running a bag over coil setup(cup kit)

I can contribute to this thread some, if I could go back and turn back time I would probably change the following.

1. My toggle switch box it freaking sucks and gets stuck. I hate it, oh my god. Get the AVS rocker switches or digital. But as kennymo told me numerous times, analog is more accurate and gives better reading then digital. And when I came to think about it, senders might go out ladedadada don't get me wrong. I'd love to get a digital setup but this setup ate a lot out of my pockets already. I'll settle for analog.

2. My valves, omg. I hate running those seperate valves and building them into 8 valves. I wish I just bought a damn valve block. (Which I will soon)

3. Regret not getting bottom cups for my spring perch bag, I'm afraid it moves around too much but I'll buy it soon.

That's really all I regret. I have a bag over coil setup, and D25 bags in my spring perch. I honestly think you shouldn't cheap out on anything. I bought AAA just for my bags lol.

The things I'm glad I didn't cheap on are..

1. I'm running all Air Lift Easy Street bags all around, great bags.

2. I am running a 8 valve setup with 1/4 D.O.T fittings and push to connect fittings. The dump/fill are perfect to my likings not too fast, not too slow.

this is not for bags question, had it, dont like it, but you seem to know about cup kits too, so how much higher would a cup kit set you at when it is at lowest slam, cause it wouldn't make sense to get cups if you'll end up higher at full slam if your coils can't even go that low to compensate for the height of the cup kits

im not 100% sure on this for our cars but i want to say it will make you sit about 1.5-2 inches higher. so yes like you said. you will need coils that can pretty much lay the car on the ground in order to stay at the height you are at now if you are "slammed"

for a cheap option go with function form II's, I'm on them and I can't even get near to full max low without being negative ride height
