Passenger front clunking noise - 2004 Infiniti G35

I have a 2004 G35x with 75K miles. I have noticed when I'm driving and hit bumps in the road there is a clunking noise. I put the car on the lift and it seems that there is a little evidence that there is leakage coming from the shock. Any ideas? thanks

Thanks.......I am actually pretty handy.....is the compression rods a dealer only item only? Is it pretty easy to change? Would I have to have the front end aligned after swapping out? I might as well change both sides? thanks

I just replaced mine, but still have a noise coming out like the front end is loose or something. I've replaced all the bushings in the front end. I ordered my parts from mynismo.com. I only bought the compresion rod bushings, not the whole rod and they cost $25.00 each.

Did you do your swaybar endlinks when you replaced the bushings? If not, might wanna check those.
