would 05 brembo brakes .."front" fit on my 03 sedan...

 

Brembo's weren't available on a G35 in '05 - only on '03 and '04 6MT coupes. They may have been available on a Track-model 350Z in '05.

But, to answer your question, yes, Brembos from any factory G35 or 350Z application will fit a G35 sedan. You'll have to swap out the rotors, too.
