gtr bbk on g35?

What do I need to make the brembos off the gtr r35 fit? Just a bracket right? I wanna know before I get them. They come with the oem rotors too. Btw I got my g35 oem brembos on right now. So just wanna upgrade

What you need are the specs on the GTR brakes, because it's highly likely that the brake bias on the GTR is quite different from the G35 - probably different master cylinder too. you can't just slap 'em on and assume they will be better. They may look better, but you could be hurting the car's braking performance by overbiasing the front, for instance.

Search threads created by E K. He installed the OEM front brembos from the new GT-R on his G and made a progress thread. If you sort by date you should see it near the top.

Horrible idea. The replacements rotos and pads alone are worth 25% what your entire car is.

Not worth it, i've seen OEM GT-R Brembo's listed for $5k. you can have a legit BBK setup designed for you're car for less. if you really want to upgrade performance, just get 2pc rotors and SS lines. if you wanna upgrade size and appearance, do Akebono, Willwood, Megan or Alliance.

the FM1000 pads they sell for their monobloc kit (similar) cost 479 (f) / 279 (r). Rotor rings are about 2 bills each.

I agree though, there are more cost effective options out there, particularly since you'll need to have a custom bracket made.
