The first thing you are going to have to do is upgrade your wheels. Most BBK's for the G35s can only accomodate a 18 inch or larger aftermarket wheel. Once you have a BBK the spare/OEM tire option is out the door. If you have wheels already and you are looking to spend 1k your bet bet would be a set of used Brembo's from a coupe or 350z.

i agree with hi-techg35.. you need to find wheels that will clear bbks then choose bbk.. for 1,000 you wont find much.. i got the akebono kit and it was like 1900 and well worth it

Ok that's what I was scared of lol. My price is flexible I just don't know if I can buy new wheels yet. Are your akebono brakes a full set?

Buy aftermarket rotors, pads and stainless steel lines it will be a huge improvement over stock. Unless you just want a BBK for looks in that case the money would be better spent on aftermarket wheels.

Well the reason I want them is because my back calipers are shot so I need buy new ones anyways. I'd be happy with oem coupes but idk if they'll fit my 17s

Probably the only choice with the standard 17s

They fit under my non-sport 17s but barely.
