Can anyone identify this panel under our cars

Last night a truck dropped a jack out on to the highway and it ended up in my lane, with no way of avoiding it without putting nearby cars and lives in danger I had to take the hit . I tore my Amuse exhaust and ypipe, bent my hotchkis swaybar, front splash shield, rear reinforcment panel and some other things. The only part im having problems finding is the rear reinforcment plate. I couldnt find a pic of a G35 under carriage with this plate showing so I just used a 350z one, its pretty much the same.

its the piece circled in red, I need to know what its called or where i can get it new or used. Also if you have a HR or any aftermarket ypipe let me know

Weird, it looks like a a jock strap.

Not all of us G owners can claim to have one as wavy as that!

Ask the Nissan dealer parts counter on the phone. They will look in the Factory Service Manual for part #27 on the rear suspension for you. Picture and name should be there.

EDIT:

It's called a "STAY ASSY-TUNNEL":

It's about $135.

Most people just call it the W-brace, I tried to find it on infinitipartsusa, but no luck.
