I replaced the front rotors and pads, and I'm getting a nasty chatter as the brakes unload. For instance if I do a 25-0 stop. Right when it stops I get this ugly rumble, grunt, chatter. I know that every thing is tight and I used stop squeak with the factory shims.

The rotors are EBC USR Slotted rotors. The slots point backwards. The pads are Hawk HPS.

Any ideas?

Never mind I found it.

The interior spring clip on the passenger side was misaligned. The pad was riding too high and caused the chatter.
