help! any bagged car, i need help. g35 down!

Situation is as follows. Blew out a 100 fuse, replaced it with a 200 and another 100. No more blown fuses. Well four days ago I smell burning wire get out car and see that relay connected to compressors were burnt to holy hell. A 40 relay was used. Later a 80 relay was used and guess what. Last night the wiring going to the right compressor Burns up, again,. After tracing the wire, it catching power from my 500 amp power lead which already has my 400 catching signal from it. Now the compressors are installed by the 500 however I never ever straight pound it. It is all under a false floor. I've seen plenty of completely sealed installs so that cannot be the case. Any help would be appreciated. Also a Dakota digital gauge was installed which amazingly since one compressor is running it world fine. Beforehand, the tank presseure was going everywhere ! Respond or give me a call at 404-585-8391.

something is drawin too much current causing the meltdown. one guy had a pressure switch short which burnt up his wiring. i wouldnt go putting bigger fuses and relays as that wont fix the issue but will end up hurting other components

Yup need to bust out a multimeter and get to work. Masking the problem with bigger fuses is only asking for a bigger meltdown

We did that. Problem is wiring to compressors are too small. Shorting out wiring due to current draw the load is dropping to 8 .5 instead of constant 13.3 as needed. Bad install wiring, not on my behalf.

Glad to hear you worked it out. Gotta remember, lots of power is running through the car to run even the smallest compressors.
