136K miles and there is still clunking and vibrations GREAT

I think something is finally starting to break. Don't know if it's related to the vibrations I've been having though. Say I am stopped and taking a left turn...I have the wheel turned to the left already, and when I accelerate and turn the wheel even more left I hear a knock in the front end. I also hear another noise as I was turning right directly over a speed bump. That was more of a clunk.
How much does the engine have to move to even consider changing the mounts?

Aaron my G35 sedan has about 132k and does what you have been describing. I replaced everything you have except for a couple of more items like sway bar bushings, lower control arm, shock mounts, new rack and pinion. I have not replaced my ball joints because they did not show any signs of a problem. I have not replaced my upper control arm either because it did not occur to me to check it. My tires are wearing evenly and do not appeared to be feathered. I do have a few other symptoms you do not have one of which is a loud bang when I go from reverse to drive (after driving aggressively or driving in traffic). I also had a weird rubbing noise that would only appear whenever I turned the wheel after the car has been sitting for a while. That sound has disappeared and now this feeling has replaced it. I do not know what is causing this but I have a sneaking suspension that it lies somewhere around the drive train.
