OEM Pads/Rotors replacement.

OEM Pads/Rotors replacement.
Dear G35 gurus,
I apologize for bringing this topic up again. Unfortunately, searching for a subject in threads hasn't clarified situation for me. There are hundreds if not thousands of opinions, so I am trying to narrow it down by asking more precise questions. I own 2003 G35 sedan and I have been doing my brakes at dealerships all these years. Now I'm thinking that I could save some money by replacing rotors/pads myself. Questions:
1. Pads/rotors recommendations for relatively aggressive driving.
2. Is performance of non-OEM brakes really noticeably better for performance setups?
Brakes dust doesn't bother me. OEM brakes worked fine for me so far, but I wouldn't mind trying something else if it is worth it.
Thank you!

After tracking the G I run OEM Pads with OEM Rotors.. It's a little pricey but I like the feel and stopping power.
Regardless of whatever you run it's how you take care of your pads and rotors that's going to determine its life as well as your driving style..
Let your brakes cool
Try not to overheat the pads and rotors
Do not warp the rotors by pulling the E-Brake after really hard driving
For fade you can run higher temperature pads if you want to run longer but I'd stick with OEM.
Changing brake fluid to a higher temperature rating would help as well.
But if everything's fine I'd just stick with OEM.. if you want to try aftermarket pads try it the next time you change your rotors and see how you like it.. if its fine for your driving and saves you money then go for it.

On that note... Is OEQ even a thing? Original Equipment Quality? OEM sure, OEQ?
