Before I drop it what's the avg tire lifespand with and with out from control arm and rear camber bolts?

 

Depends on many factors: tire brand, camber settings, toe settings, whether or not you flip the tires, etc.

I would suggest you get an alignment and ensure your toe is within OEM spec, that will ensure you get the max life out of your tires.
