Maybe post some pictures? So you have the perches turned all of the way up as high as they will go and the rear drags on the ground or is it un even from side to side? Where the coild new or used? Where the rear springs the same length before they were compressed?

Here is how mine looks on the Bilstein coils set as low as they can go in the rear

That is the lowest it goes in the rear so all the way up would likely be 2" higher...not what most people would consider sagging but with out pictures of yours it is hard to say.

i got them used when i traded my air suspensions. when i installed them the right adjustment is set in the middle and i have enought room for one finger. now on the left side i have the adjustment set all the way up. but then i cant even get a finger in there.

Those don't look like the originalnstop collars? But I would say one of springs might be worn out? They appear to be installed right. I would get some new springs for the rear, any aftermarket lowering spring will work, the rear bilstein ones are progressive rate springs but linear rate ones will work as well but the ride will be a little stiffer.

No the larger side goes to the bottom, the spring perch on the bottom will only allow it one way it will be very obvious if it is wrong.
