70k roughly miles

So after my s-tech instal, and after replacing a sway bar end link, im having some issues.

1. my tires are bad to begin with so this MAY BE the issue (ill update after new tires) but they have un even wear

2. when i drive over 60'ish i get some vibrations in the steering wheel. (extremely annoying)

3. when i reverse out of my drive way and my passenger side tire is the last to get off the drive way i hear a "clunk" sound as if my wheel is bouncing or something (side i replaced the end link)

so my questions, has anyone put some tein s-techs on before and experienced a change in ride quality aside of the obvious? this is kind of a head ache when going from a good ride quality to a honda civic feel.

let me know what you guys suggest me changing first.
