Frozen Brakes

Frozen Brakes
Hey guys I searched and haven't found anyone else with this issue so maybe someone can help me out.
Now that it is getting cold and freezing over night, if I let my car sit in the cold for several hours (6+) my brakes are completely frozen in the morning. When I push down on the brake pedal it is hard as a rock and takes between 5-10 minutes of me pumping the brake and letting the car warm up before they ever "release" and start working again.
I figured I had air in my lines that was causing moisture to freeze but I just recently had my brake system flushed completely and bled with all new fluids, but it did not help the issue at all, and it actually seems worse now.
Any ideas what could be causing this or what I need to do? Any help would be appreciated.
