Hotchkis sway bar question... also, which settings?

I am ordering up a set of used Hotchkis sways and i had a few questions.... Besides the metal bar, so i need anything else to make them work or will they fit perfectly with the stock components? (those rubber (bushing?) things)

Also, i have an 06 coupe with the sport suspension package, i was curious what the best settings were to run, without getting too much oversteer/understeeer compared to stock. (if anything, i can deal with a little bit more oversteer though)
