Suspension noise

I swapped over to the coupe front and rear struts-springs and all with about 40 k on them and after a day or so they started making a creeking noise when turned over bumps. Backing out of my driveway is steep and when you go to turn it creeks from the front. It doesnt do it when your sitting still and turning the wheel. What could theis be. Im guessing compresion rods but I dont know where they are? Also when doing the swap should I have put weight on the car before tightning anything down?

Same problem with my coupe on z stechs. When i switch over i kept my stock shocks cuz i couldnt afford them and plan to get some tokico blues but its been a while and still havent gotten around to it so the new height and stock shock not used to it will start to wear down way earlier than intended so all you need is new shocks.
