I think I will try it. If its too stiff I can order new ones and sell these. Thanks, I been wondering if I could do. One more question, is that 2.5 diameter spring.

I didn't measure, but appears to be same as front.

I just checked with BC, they would have to be ordered. There really isn't much of a cost difference from me to you, so you can just order directly from them if you want the swifts.

Just remember to go 2k lower than what you were running already. so if you had a 8k setup, 6k will be almost exactly the same feel.

The other thing i have discovered is you won't be slamming the rear of the car with this setup, so I'm working on correcting that issue so going lower is feasible although, I wouldn't go much lower than I'm at now except 1/8'-1/4".

Well went and worked on the car. Found out the collars I have, dont fit around the shock. They are smaller in diameter. So I guess I will keep this current set up.

As for going lower, I bet a smaller shock will help or a softer spring.

Yeah, after speaking with them, you could do a shorter shock body and piston which would give you another 40mm of lower adjustment.

To go lower, you must buy a shorter shock cartridge. So there is an option to still use the true coilover setup with use of the extreme drop kit.

Did you have to special order the spacer? Where does it go, under the spring? And as far as the adjuster extenders, how did you use them?

I have an '05x too, I'm going to buy these this spring and I'm just trying to get all the info before I purchase them in May.

Nope they came with the kit when I ordered from Maranelli Motorsports. IIRC it went on top of the spring, between the spring and the threaded adjuster.

I have the premium package with the reclining rear seats so I just attached the extenders to the top of the dampers and they stick up behind the seats for easy adjustment.
