Anyone tried this for adjusting front camber?

I was just wondering if anyone has tried / thought of the following for adjusting their front camber ...

I'm low enough that even when the front is jacked up I can't get a wrench, much less a socket / ratchet on the nut on top of the upper A arm (SPC Front Camber Arms) to adjust the camber. I have to take the suspension half apart to drop it down far enough to loosen that to adjust it.

What I'm thinking is - What if I drilled a 1/2" or 3/4" hole through the engine bay over that nut (just big enough to get a ratchet extension through)? I can turn the wheel far enough to reach up and put a socket on top of that nut, but I can't get a ratchet to it as is.

I'm sure that part of the body serves some structural rigidity purpose, but would a small hole make much of a difference? Upside if doable is that I could dial in my own approximate camber without completely dismantling the suspension.

Thoughts?

that would work without being a big deal and you could just get those black flat plugs....
