Caliper locked?

I posted a few weeks back about a loud clacking noise -Turns out it was my hub assembly.

I replaced this tonight - previous to installing the new assembly, the assembly turned and spun fine - I noticed once I have everything back on, as I was tightening my spacers, the wheel would NOT turn. I am guessing my caliper locked up...

What do I do to remedy this??

I just finished raplacing both hub assebmlies and brake pads - When I drove the car down the street both sides are making a grinding sound and my brake pedal goes down way too far... What is going on???? Previous to taking it apart and re installing everything brake wise was fine

Did you have a hard time refitting the brake rotor?

Okay, I have not had this problem prior to replacing my hub assemblies, I also replaced my front pads. I put everything back together and drove it down the street and nothing but grinding was coming from the front. It almost seems like it is worse when the spacers are bolted on, so I removed them and I still have the issue, feels like the brakes are doing NOTHING... What should I do? - Take the calipers back off and re install? I am clueless here...
