So how is the ride quality compared to other g35 coilovers you have been in? Do you happen to know the spring rates?

I haven't been on many G35s lately with coils, but Randy would be a better person to answer this question, since he's driven my car around and he mentioned that they were more comfortable than his coilovers.

The spring rates for these, on the Tanabe site, is 10.0/8.0 front/rear.
