Carbotech Bobcat 1521 pads Squealing
I installed a set of Carbotech Bobcat 1521 street compound pads with new centric "high carbon" rotors on the front of my coupe in April. Followed the bed-in procedure. Went to zdayz in May, no problems.
Replaced the rear pads with carbotech just over a month ago, followed bed-in procedure.
Now a few days ago, my brakes have started squealing like something fierce. I noticed after a spirited back-road drive. Sounds like I'm driving a bus. It's really noticeable during light pressure braking, like in a parking lot or in the neighborhood or normal around town driving.
I've seen threads about carbotech's racing compounds squealing on the street, but these are supposed to be their "quiet" street pads.
Any ideas what I can check? There's plenty of pad left (I first thought they were worn down or something) and it's seems weird that they just started making noise.
