Anyone interested in adjustable spring buckets/mid links?

Pics looks beefy enough but I'm wondering about the ears how it's thin compared to the rest of the piece. How much stress load can that part of the joint handle?

As for the "ear" part that mounts to the knuckle, it will hold just fine. The stock piece is 3/16 cast aluminum, SPL mid link is 4/16 billet aluminum and my test piece is currently 3/16 sheet steel. It will hold a lot better than the cast aluminum I bet.
I fully understand that, but the set he has installed were made for his air set-up. OEM style will need something to set the spring on so it is in the correct position.
If you look a page back. I asked a similar question. His response gave more info on it. He''ll chime in and hopefully clear that up for us. His focus ATM is to fine tune toe adjustment THEN be more concerned about fitting OEM style springs.
The oem style coilover setup should be fine using the oem style spring retainers that will be mounted. Like i said, there will be different pieces that can be bolted to fit whatever you need. For now it's going to be for both air bags and oem & oem style springs.
Fantastic G is also right about fine tuning first. There's a lot of things that need close attention. Such as clearance for the rear brake lines, ect.
Since alignment looks really good, now I'm working on the vertical positioning of the bucket itself.
These arms will now be cnc billet piece btw. The steel design was just a concept and development piece.

Personally, for the money, I'd just go SPL. Especially if you mention they may be more money.
If they were 100-200 less than the SPL mids then you would definitely be able to move some. But most are going to go with the trusted name of SPL over a non backed brand. Nomsayin?

My design caters to people with stock springs, aftermarket lowering springs, coilover springs, air bags and last but not least, swift springs as well. Basically everything possible. The reason why mine may cost more is because it is not just a flat piece of aluminum like SPL's design and it does require A LOT more machine time and a way bigger block of aluminum to cut into a billet piece. Their's is a arm design and mine is still going to be a bucket like design. A lot closer to OEM fitment specs.
As for cost, they order in sets of 50. I order in sets of 10. that's why it cost more for mine
