Grinding after replacing front brake pads..help!
Hey guys, so I just replaced my front brake pads, and now when I brake, there's a grinding feeling...couple of things to note though...I have drilled rotors and did not resurface them, was told my brakes were fine and wasn't necessary. Before the pads were changed, there was no grinding, or any noise whatsoever. I called my mechanic who replaced the pads, he said the grinding was just the pads getting used to the brakes, and because the brakes are drilled, that also has a little to do with it. Does this seem right? Its been almost a week since I replaced them, and the grinding isn't going away...should I have had the rotors resurfaced regardless of whether my brakes were fine or not?? Any feedback would be awesome! Thanks guys!

Eugene I think you're losing your mind, it's from 12/12. Also it's good to see you active on the forum, thought you might have gone away.
