GTSPEC mount is rubbing on vacuum line
First of all, not my picture, but I have highlighted the line where it is rubbing with the GT Spec bar. Suggestions on what to do here? Obviously not good to have metal on metal contact. I have had the following things suggested:
Wrapping line in electrical tape
Cutting a notch in the mount for the line
Putting a piece of foam between them
What do you guys think?

no offense bro but if your questioning silicon lines versus metal lines I dont think you need a strut bar on your car or any of the mods in your sig. Not trying to say anything but brake lines equal pressure.....your brake lines require a hardened tubing for no flex to distribute the pressure from your foot. so not you cannot replace brake lines with silicon hose. I am fairly certain it would eat the silicon hose as well. Lastly they wont break I can promise you that. The Brembo lines I can bend and move around all day long to replace rotors and pads without any issues. You can move this a 1/4 of an inch without a problem. the only options are replacing with stainless brake line but that is only from the caliper to the brake line fitting screw within the fender well.

I didnt think it would work, just wanted to find out if I was completely out of luck if I break the lines, they feel to me like they will kink before they bend, but this is my first time touching anything related to brakes (beyond changing pads) so I have almost no knowledge of the system. Ill give it a bend when I get home, should be able to get this installed quickly if it goes smoothly.
