Loose steering, running out of options

Hey Everyone,

I posted this issue over the summer. I am hoping someone can help me.

My steering in my 06 G Coupe is very loose. I took it to both my private mechanic
with no luck, he can not diagnose it. He did not think anything was wrong.

Surely enough it progressed to the point where I now turn my wheel 5- 10 degree when
I am driving and the car does not respond at all. I need to steer more these days just to make a turn.

I paid Infinity $150 in August to diagnose it and I got the same response. Nothing is wrong? I had Nissan look at it and nothing.
I eventually pulled the trigger and had my passenger compression rod replaced and had it aligned. This did not solve the issue. Put new tires on the back, the front ones are 1 year old with 80% tread left.

I do hear a faint rattle from my front end when I drive over my bricked driveway in my condo.

My steering is very loose and I feel unsafe to drive it. I am running out of options

My car has about 128K KM on it. Did anyone have a similar issue?
Is there anyone that knows remotely what this could be before I start replacing parts and dumping money into it. Please let me know. Please.
