Slip, VDC, and Brake lights on, Not the Normal Problem
Ok, I know one of the first responses is going to be check your brake fluid; please read before you post that.
This is on my JWT TT'ed, Haltech ECU 2005 G35, so it could be any number of things.
Here is the problem: The brake light is only dimly, sometimes flickers off and on. When I pull on the e-brake at a stop, the slip and VDC lights come on, as well (however, if I pull on the e-brake while moving, that doesn't happen). They stay on until I restart the car with the e-brake off. Also, when this happens, the e-brake light is on brighter than before, until I release the e-brake, and then it goes back to dim, but the slip and VDC lights stay on.
Since this happened, I changed the read brake pads, as well as the rear e-brake drum pads; I also changed some O2 sensors, but that should be unrelated. The brake fluid is at the max line, and the sensor plug for that is cleaned and made sure it is completely in. I also checked the front brake pads, and they are at about 75% new material left.
No SES light, nor any trouble codes, but with the Haltech ECU trouble codes, who knows how that interacts.
Any other suggestions?
