Lower Rear Control arm interchange

I have a 2006 G35 sedan 2WD

I get very mis-leading advice from parts dealers who say the front wheel lower rear control arms for a sedan and coupe are different but some (on Ebay) say that the Interchange service they subscribe to says the are the same (or interchangeable). The Dorman tech service says that their coupe part # 521-601 is not interchangeable for a sedan. Does anyone know definitively please, the coupe arm can be bought for $55 but the sedan is $200+.

Thanks in advance,
Michigan.

Every suspension link is identical for Coupe and Sedan. It is the X sedan that differs. When you go online and see something that says "Sedan" it's just for the X; When you see something that says "Coupe" It's for Coupe and non X sedan.
