How well will 350z revised rear springs work on '06 G35 Coupe base?

I've been reading through all the posts here and I'm just looking for a slightly firmer ride.

I've read the that almost all 350z's and g35's have a 314 lbs./in. spring rate in the front.

And that the difference is in the rear spring rates 342 (G base) and 427 (revised 350z and G sport).

To me it makes the most sense to just get a pair of used 350z revised rear springs to install on my 06' g35 coupe base.

My question is will this negatively effect any of my other stock suspension components like the rear shocks?

TIA!

If you're just looking for a firmer ride, get coupe Sport springs and shocks. The rear shocks are different. 350Z springs can potentially lower the rear of your car 1/2", so unless you're doing the fronts also, stick with coupe springs.

I say potentially b/c that's what the sticky says, I have a Sport model and got no drop in the rear from Z springs, I'm not sure what happens with base model coupes.

If you are looking for more snappiness, then look into adjustable aftermarket anti-roll bars.
