may be a dumb question but do you have coilovers already beceause this is the oem style spring that comes with an oem style coilover setup

Definitely some sort of coilovers. You can tell by the adjustment collars at the top of the spring. Can you take a picture of the shock back there?

Those are just springs, you have height adjustability in the rear see those collars. I got a idea. Maybe take pics of the struts. You might have bilsteins no point replacing quality with taiwan coilovers

im kinda new to cars and stuff so my question is how could I get a pic of the struts?Heres a better view of them.. idk if this will do justice but i tried lol, also how could I go on to adjust the height?

Given the amount of rust on the adjustable mounts I doubt they are anything of quality. Proceed with replacing.
