Rattling from front right suspension

My G35 sedan is making this really bad rattling/cranking noise on the p/s front suspension every time I drive over a bump. Any idea What it could be?

Video? Audio Recording? Did you see a mechanic? Have you put it on a lift?

No. And no lift kit. I did recently have to replace the upper control arm. But the noise still persist.

you had the noise before you replaced the upper control arm? it might be the ball joint. get it in the air and check for loose nuts and bolts. also check all your bushings to see if there are any cracks/tears in them.

I haven't had the chance to get it in the air, but I do hear it a lot when I turn my steering wheel.

I figured out the problem, it was a bad tie rod.

It had to have been falling out for a tie rod to make a sound
Has it been fixed.
If you had recent work done more than. Likely something was left loose.
If it was not something left loos, sounds more like a sway bar link or ball joint.
