REPLACED CALIPERS. Still sticking/overheating. HELP!
I just purchased a 2004 g35 sedan with 66k miles. I drove home from work (35 min interstate) and my rear passenger disk was so hot I thought it might catch on fire. Took it home and replaced the caliper. The problem was still there.
I figured maybe the left is the problem and the ABS is constantly braking the right causing the problem, so I replaced the left also. Problem is still there.
After a 4 mile drive with average braking the right will be Very hot and the left will be warm. I feel the front and they are cool enough to touch.
My only thoughts are
1. I packed too much caliper grease on the pins causing an air lock and pushing back. When I get a min I will take them back apart and test by removing the plunger on the pins (temporarily).
2. I have some kind of bigger problem upstream. Maybe an ABS manifold or something.
Has anybody had this problem. Please help. Any suggestions or experiences are much appreciated.

Thank you all for your suggestions.
The problem turned out to be the grease in the caliper pin holes on the caliper bracket.
For anybody doing a brake job DO NOT PUT GREASE INTO THE BRAKET HOLES. The rubber plunger on the end of one of the caliper pins sealed with the grease I had applied to cause an airtight seal that pushed on the brakes.
I removed all the grease in the hole and on the plunger. Then GREASED JUST THE METAL PIN INBOARD OF THE PLUNGER. Everything works great now. Others, please learn from my mistakes. If anybody has direct questions about this problem they can email me at c holt c 3 at ya hoo d com.
Hope this helps someone.
