What's up everyone?
I'm looking to get coilovers for my 04 sedan soon. It's my dd. The roads are pretty decent here, and it will, most likely, never see a track. I'm not looking to go for broke, but I'll pay the extra for a quality product. I'm lowered on 350z springs right now, but I want to get rid of the wheel gap.
I've heard nothing but good things about Function and Form Type 2 and Buddy Blub BR on both ride and build. Will they be that much better than, say, Megan or Tein, and will the BC be that much better than the F&F?

As for camber kits, I have no idea on brands or any of that. Once lowered, I'd like to have my wheels fairly straight. I'm not about that cambered look /___\.

Any input, recommendations, or help would be much appreciated!

 

For camber kits, SPL and SPC will get the job done. If you plan on slamming the car to the ground then go with SPL.

None of the shocks you listed are quality products.

Consider more reputable companies like koni, bilstein, kw, st

 

I would recommend the Tanabe Pro5 coils and SPL camber kits. I've run both for 3 years and they are awesome.

 

Everyone on this forum seems to love tanabe, but they also aren't really considered a quality brand...

Its not like the big name brands are that expensive even.

Tein is a hell of a lot better than megan

BC coilovers & SPL camber kit is the best, offering you more adjustment to bring alignment back to OE specs. The difficult part is finding an alignment shop that has the knowledge to align modified suspensions. Make sure to keep all the spacers that come with the adjustable a-arms, everything changes with the height adjustment!

LOL you obviously haven't read a single thing about their dampening.. Ya they are good at letting you go super low and making hella stanced looks, but they ride and handle like crap because they are made with cheap, crappy components.
