SPC camber kit owners come forth

Picked up a set of used front camber kits
Upon installing today I was told the ball joints are shot and are way too loose and not safe...
True?
Here's the video.

I've never hear of anyone having this problem so I want to be sure before they might be installed

I bought a set off cl and the bal joints were floppy and sloppy so I took them back. Not worth the chance to me IMO

Yes and the seller claimed "I never had no problems and they were only on the car for like 5k miles" To me that's the common heading to these when they are for sale. They were even the old design like the ones in the video. The new ones are all one piece

That's actually relatively normal. They do move quite a bit (the difference is how much force is required to move them, but even brand new it won't take a lot). Once you put the new ones on drive around for a few weeks and then try this again, it probably won't be much different.

If you're having problems with clamping them down on the spindle (like they're fully tight and there's still play up and down) then you need to replace them. It won't hurt to have the new ones in, but they're SPC ball joints, they kind of suck no matter what you do.
