[Need Help] Replaced Quarter Panel Can I Still Roll My Fenders?

I need a second opinion, and I apologize if this has been covered I used the search button and found nothing.

My rear quarter panel with be replaced soon due to an accident. I would like to roll my rear fenders, however I was told by a body shop that it would be very difficult or not possible to roll the fenders depending whether they were glued or spot welded when replaced.

Does anyone have any experience with this or advice they could give me.

I've rolled fenders on a coupe that had one quarter panel replaced. It will roll fine, both panels felt the same.
