what is the difference between 03-07 coupe suspension and 07 sedan?

I've been shopping around for springs and on a budget for now... but all I can seem to find that's affordable only 03-07 coupe g or Z suspension... but apparently 07 sedan uses a different set up... what gives? This is my first g...

Well what do you have and what are you trying to do? A rwd sedan and an X sedan are also different. So are s models. No one wants to sit here and type out all the differences of years, models, spring rates, etc, but if you tell us what you're wanting to do we can give some guidance.

Ok I have a 2007 infinite g35 sedan base model rwd. I just got some 19" rims 35 series tires. Now my car looks like a lifted truck lol. I'm on a money crunch right now and hoping to go the cheapest route Wether it be stock or aftermarket. I've found lots of 03-07 coupes all models seem to be interchangeable EXCEPT for 07 sedan rwd (at least that's what all the threads and stores say) is this true? And if so, what's the difference?

P.s. I'm just looking to lower a bit for now. Not trying to tuck. I'm more of a 1/2" between tire and fender type of guy and right now I'm about 2"-2.5" of wheel gap

Nah, people put coupe springs on sedans all the time. That's probably what you're looking for. Coupe springs will drop you about 1". 350z springs are about 1/2" further than coupe springs. If you went with coupe springs tho I'd try to find some from an S model for the higher spring rate.

Ok so I've read and read and read some more. It seems like those setups work for sedans up to 06. And they never refer to 07 sedans even dealers say the same thing. All suspension fit all models between 03-06. Then searching for sedan springs range from 07-10 but apparently all springs are interchangeable between 03-07 coupes and Z models that's why I am confused
