Steering Wheel Vibration?

So lately my car feels unsafe. Anything above 60. Steering wheel vibrations and lots of them.
I've gotten all 4 tires balanced(by my brother who works at Honda)
Replaced both outer tie rods, and one of the inner tie rods. Fresh alignment.
Honestly it feels as if the wheel is going to come off. Help....

All the tires actually have good tread, but i think it is a dent. Buying some G35 Sedan 5 Spoke 17in to check if dent.
I didn't think LCA bushings would cause this?

Vibrations are caused by out of round tires, out of balance or alignment. It their balance machine hasn't been calibrated within the last year chances are good it's a balance issue. Find a tire shop and spend the $$ to have it checked! It's too possible if your Brother didn't secure the weights one may have fell/flipped off causing the out of balance issue!

Honda just got the newest coolest one. Not the machine or the one balancing. Lil bro is rather good at his job. But Im buying some different rims to see if it is a bent rim

I don't buy the bent rim have your tires rebalanced! If your Brother is as good as you think, he would have seen an out of round wheel while doing the balancing...it's very obvious...Gary

Well here's the thing. He balanced them, re balanced them, but he's the one who said it was a little off and hard to balance. We checked and they look outta line.. Fml. Ive spent 15hrs under this car just in 2 days

Im on the same boat. I have changed all LCA bushings, Compression rod, Tein tie rods, Bilstein Struts, Swift springs, SPC camber kit, and the Knuckle ball joints, balanced all tires (2X) alignment (2X) and have checked for cracked rim. I have the same vibrations above 60 mph and its been driving me crazy!!!.
The last thing i can think of are my end links or rotors.
