Replace Rear Strut Bushings On Car?
So I am swapping my rear struts for tokico d specs and the one long bolt that holds the strut in place is seized to the bushing and its spinning the bushing. The opposite side circe nut that was welded to it actually came off when using my air tools & heating it up, Ultimately I said f it and i cut the arm off the strut with a dremel and got it off.
I have whiteline replacements for that bushing but the arm I used for replacing the bushings on my ball joints etc is too big. Anyone have any ways of replacing those bushings while on the vehicle?
It really has a ton of **** attached to it to the point where I dont wanna remove it all to use my 20 ton press. If i could replace it while its on the car that would surely be the best route.
Any ideas? I have to get this done today so I am really scouring the internet.

I am thinking of just grinding/cutting the innner bushing down with a dremel then trying to get it out. I cant seem to get it out. No idea how pushing the new one is gonna work either considering the press tool is too big for that area but for now still trying to get the old one out. There is really no rubber left inside it, just the metal sleeve.
