What is this bushing? And can I buy it separate from the arm?

What is this bushing? And can I buy it separate from the arm?

2004 g35 coupe, i looked at a few retailer sites online and found the arm with bushing for about $50. Not sure exactly what it's called, but its the lower arm that mounts into the K member. I believe that the camber relocation kits use this pivot point. It's not adjustable from factory though. I'll add link to the arm.

It's called the transverse link, and no it is not adjustable. You can get the arm as an aftermarket with bushings from a number of sources, or OEM arm from a dealer. You can also get replacement bushings if the link is still in good shape. Whiteline poly are great and quiet. I've been running them for the last couple of years and they are awesome:
