Okay so just a little color decision here that I need help with. My stock cailpers are ugly, the color looks faded and the PO put huge gouges in the paint and then did a crappy touch up job, so painting them is next in line. I can't decide on which color I want, and while I'm at it new lugs will also be purchased (not sure of color either but leaning towards chrome blue). Some quick photoshop work has been done. Let me know what you guys think.

i like the burnt orange and your stock lugs. i think the red calipers is too played out, unless i had a corvette i wouldn't. i think the titanium color is too muted and doesn't stand out enough. but just my .02

its your car so do what you like.

 

What kind of paint are you planning on using to paint them? I wanna powder coat mine, but its my daily so I can't have them off my car for a week. Next best option is some really quality paint, but I need temp ratings. I'm going for some metallic plum crazy purple. Haha

 

I think some purple lugs would look decent with orange calipers

 

VHT Engine Metallic is the paint I'm considering. I don't really need super high temp paint, but better be safe than sorry.

I vote burnt orange with black to help break it up. Or orange lugs.

 

How many cans do you think you need to do all 4 calipers? I want to do my stock ones just need an estimated number of how many i might need.
