anyone out here painted their stock copper brembo calipers to any other color? i have seen posts where drivers are painting their calipers to other colors but what I wanted to know was the stock brembos are powdercoated that copper color what if i paint over it(G2 spray etc..) will it stick or must i repowdercoat it?

 

g2 suks use high heat paint.

 

Why bother? They're already painted a color that makes them noticeable and also flashy in a classy/recognizeably esteemed(Skyline GTR) sorta way.

Unless your Brembos are all scratched up and look like crap, I'd just leave them as is. Chances are that the new paint won't look half as good as the oem Gold.

 

there's a guy here who had his brembos powder-coated a purple-blue and it looked really good...I'm too lazy to search for it but it's out there with pics

why paint your brembos.. people paint their stock calipers wishing they had brems or stoptechs etc.. dont do it!

It's like a status symbol to have them in the first place! They can be painted but again, why?

 

go ahead paint em...be different...silvernole had his podercoated....beautiful....be different...have em done a nice color powdercoated.....post some pics when ur done...
