Angry Bushings not covered under extended warranty?

Hey all, got a dispute of definitions with my warranty company.

So my front lower control arm bushings are pretty worn and need replacing. My warranty company says that they cover the "control arms", but not the bushings. I thought the bushings were part of the control arm? What part of the control arms (other than the bushings) would need repair?? Is there any way to get them to cover this repair? Seems pretty shady to say they cover the control arms, but not the part of the control arm that would actually wear out...

Company is alpha warranty services, their # is 1-877-958-5733 if anyone feels ambitious enough to investigate this issue

I had mine repaced with my extended warranty and they said something to that effect. dont remember how i got over, but it is under "suspension." usually they are pretty open until you begin to go over the price you paid for the plan.Just call back and ask to go higher.

I could see this being true if Infiniti sold the bushings separately, but I'm almost certain that they do not. Tell them you only want OEM parts, and its impossible to replace just the bushings with OEM unless the whole arm is replaced.

That being said, however, the OEM ones are garbage and you would be better off getting some energy or whiteline replacements.
