I will clean it out a bit though that's not a big concern on mine. Cleaning the face of the bushing on both sides to get good adhesion for the tape to prevent the poly from leaking while curing and how I apply it is a concern and I'll do it as I wrote above. It'll basically be a crude injection mold that never needs to be removed from the mold cause the mold is the housing. As you wrote previously, I'll have to compress the suspension as if it were sitting on the ground. This looks like an easy, cheap, time saving and very effective way to deal with this silly bushing and I have a good feeling about it.
If it works, I'll take the cred and if it's a f'n failure, you get the blame

That's great lol. I'd recommend filling a squeeze tube with the stuff and then inject it that way. Your fluid pump likely requires a heck of a lot more fluid to pump.

It should do the trick. Can't think of an easier way though I'll have to kiss this little **** goodbye.

Only one way to find out! Pretty sure it has a fairly low viscosity so I personally don't see an issue.

I agree. If you watch the vid I posted above, it's pretty f'n runny. This pump moved gear oil without issue which has a very similar consistency..
Picked this stuff up yesterday. I should get around to it Tuesday-Wednesday.

Well my charging system went out so once again subframe bushings are the least of my problems.

Boy get to work! Waiting on you and CWS and he's got an excuse because of a failing charging system .

Yeah yeah yeah... I won't do this mod to my G till spring anyways if I do. I'm enjoying the tune too much for now and want to enjoy that for a minute!

It's not completed. Got to wait until tomorrow for the urethane to cure. Check out the last post on my thread linked below.

It sure ain't pretty but maybe it worked! You'll have to take video of the diff now at speed. Glad to see it flows like lava though... should be a great option for the rear subframe.
